Features and uses of foam tape

1.PE foam

(1) Common PE foam
Characteristics: strong adhesion and high conformability.
Uses: photo frames, mirrors, door and window installation, furniture installation and other material adhesion fixed.
(2) Highly adhesive foam
Characteristics: strong adhesion, high adhesion.
Uses: advertising company light box sticky fixing.
(3)Automotive foam
Characteristics: Anti-shock cushioning, sealing, sound insulation, heat insulation, moisture-proof.
Uses: used for automobile, trim, mirror frame, glass, furniture nameplate material fixed sticky.
(4) Hook foam
Characteristics: high extensibility, strong adhesion, good weather resistance.

Use: For hook fixing, photo frame and plastic parts fixing.
2、EVA sponge
(1) Single and double-sided EVA
Characteristics: shockproof cushioning, good sealing, sound insulation, heat insulation, moisture-proof, heat-proof, chemical resistance; use: for advertising boards, sliding door processing, toys, Jiajun and other gaps sticky fixed, but also for external wall construction hook line.
(2) Real stone paint imitation brick
Characteristics: anti-corrosion, sunlight resistance, good adhesion, sound insulation, heat insulation.
Uses: used for toys, industrial materials, decorative materials, etc., also used for exterior wall outlining.
Features of foam tape

How to use the foam tape
1. Remove dust and oil from the surface of the adhering object and keep it dry before taping (do not tape on rainy days when the wall is wet). If you are using it on a mirror, it is recommended to clean the surface with alcohol first.
2、The working temperature should not be lower than 10℃ when pasting, otherwise the adhesive tape and the pasting surface can be properly heated by hairdryer.
3. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape will be most effective after 24 hours (the tape should be pressed as tightly as possible when pasting). If this is not the case, support the load-bearing object during the 24 hours of vertical adhesion.
